Hey there!
There are many airports like these that are glitched around the world of Infinite Flight. This is due to the graphics and terrain the airport is located at. Your best bet is to contact the Airport Editing team (@Moritz, etc) about this issue and they should be able to fix it.

It’s known that it still exists, but the reason to why is a bit unclear at the moment as the airport is set to the correct altitude in the airport editing database.
