MH-65 Dolphin Low Flyby

Saw an MH-65 Dolphin flying patterns over my school the other day. Must’ve came from USCG Air Station Detroit located in Selfridge. Does anyone know why the Coast Guard does this pattern 20 miles from Lake St Clair? Anyone serve/served in the USCG?

Sorry the clip is so short, I didnt have enough storage space for a longer video

The Eurocopter MH-65 Dolphin is a twin-engined helicopter operated by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for medevac-capable search and rescue (SAR) and armed Airborne Use of Force missions. It is a variant of the French-built Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin.
