Today I was flying on live and I noticed that the METARs weren’t working around my destination airport. The small green circle was large and it said “no weather”. This has happened several times probably over the last few months. Here’s a screenshot
Also my device is an IPad mini 5 that is up to date.
I suggest doing what the post below has said, if not come back and hopefully we can resolve the issue. Bare in mind, it sometimes takes a while to restore and can happen every now and then. Not sure if this will work, i spawned in myself, restarted my device and see no Metar. It’s an issue that will resolve by itself hopefully:)
well the system didnt really refresh. Ive been in 3 hour flights and it says “no weather” for the whole time.
Have you landed? If so, can you check and see if the weather is working after a quick restart. Unfortunately i have the same issue, these things are out of our control; however, the best thing to do when you see this happen is once you land, restart your device or let it naturally phase out and restore. It normally returns once you forget about it for a while.
ya, so there is no real solution yet to this?

Hmm, check now if you can see the D-ATIS info, not sure about a fix tbh
You just gotta let it naturally go, my best tip if you have secondary device is to check metar info online, i’m not sure why METAR would disappear near hub airport, same for me for some reason…
The best bet is to restart your device and see if it goes away

Not really related to them, it’s just something to do with the information collected for the weather. It happens to me every couple of days, just try ignore it and search metars online. Normally it tends to go, i advise checking same time tmr and see if the metar in that area restores. Have a good one mate
