Hello!
I was JAY-636 in the 737-700.
A few things I noticed:
1: I came nose to nose with an aircraft. This could’ve been avoided by using progressive taxi instructions a little earlier. Part of good ground management is thinking ahead to avoid conflicts like that.
2: While the fighter jet was on the pattern for 15, we were too close together. This could be avoided by telling one of us to extend upwind, so that sufficient spacing could be created.
3: I noticed that way too many “say intentions” were being given. Give the aircraft some time to give their request. If some time goes by and they are blocking other planes/ interfering, then you can ask for intentions.
4: The fighter jet and I both requested transition, which you gave 2500ft. However we came very close to collision. This could’ve been resolved by giving a right/left 360 to one of us. You could’ve also possibly given 3500 ft to one of us so that we could maintain separation.
4: everything else was pretty well.
