Hong Kong in the 90s

A former british crown colony founded in 1841 which got handed back to China in 1997.
Today, it has over 7 million inhabitants and is a important economic Hub in Asia.

Hong Kong’s first International Airport Kai Tak:

All began with 2 business man: Ho Kai and Au Tak.
They founded the Kai Tak bund project in the early 1920s to build residential buildings for wealthy immigrants, howewer they failed due to economic difficulties and sold the piece of land to the British Colonial Government. The Airport was opened in 1925 and was used as a Aviation school, later as military airport and the first passenger Aircraft landed in 1936.
