Meeting Pilots in Hotels

I’m on vacation in Boston near Boston Logan Int’l Airport (KBOS). Apparently It’s a big hotel for pilots to stay in overnight in between flights. So far I’ve met a pilot for a private company who flies Bombardier Challengers across every continent except asia for some reason, along with 3 pilots and 11 attendants for Virgin Atlantic. I impressed them with my aviation skills. :) It was a very cool experience! If anyone has any experiences of this like your own, please share!

On Memorial Day weekend, during fleet week in NYC, I met 2 US Navy troops at a family pizzeria. Probably fighter pilots, but not sure…

I saw many pilots at Heathrow Renaisannce hotel the view overlooks the airfield and I saw a whole crew of Korean airlines around 20 of them and Iran air, there are around 8 hotels all on that road so there are many places for pilots to stay but it had the best view, we stayed at holiday inn across the road and I didn’t know Heathrow was right outside us until we went to kfc and I saw the Emirates plane model underneath us then I realised the hotels have so much sound proofing you can hear nothing then in the morning I saw everything it was amazing

Impressessed the Virgin flight attendants… huh?

‘Virgin’ alternative meaning unintentional… No offence to any women here… or men ;)
