Would you guys like to see the MD-90 added? I’ve heard that the MD-90 handles well in crosswinds. Would be a great plane to land in the Southern California region since its always windy there :)

It is almost like the 717 but still would be nice.
The 717 is based off of it. The MD-90 is based off the DC-9.

The whole t tail MD/DC series is based off the old DC-9. The 717 actually had the older style DC-9 wings over the modernized MD80/90 wings.

The MD 90 and its sister the MD 88 also known as “the Mad Dog” are work horses in Deltas fleet. I think either would be great additions to the IF line up.

It’s kind of funny that the Boeing 717 (MD-95), the MD-90, and the MD-80 were all improved on from the DC-9. They’re the best T-Tailed aircraft in the sky.

American Airlines had 450 from the mid 80s to mid 90s!! Back when McDonnell-Douglas was in their prime.
