AC 7420 KSWF-KLGA Dash 8:
Remember when New York was always open because it was insanely windy all the time? Well I was on a short base to 31 at LGA near VREF and a 20 knot wind gust hit me from behind. I was near MLW and at only 500 ft. AGL so I stalled and crashed just short of the threshold. Occupants: 67, survivors: 12.
