I saw that. It seems like SWISS has canceled a lot of flights…
Swiss flights to Greece cancelled until Monday - SWI swissinfo.ch
Didn’t they cancel the strike? Athens Eleftherios Venizelos is operating as normal.
Didn’t know controllers in Greece were french… Striking is such a french thing.
More seriously, good luck to passengers who were involved. That’s going to be a long day for them.
Without getting into politics, I think you are oversimplifying this Greek crisis. I’m not the best placed to talk about Greece but people don’t go on strike for no reason, it’s usually to protest about something (exception made for french citizens who literally go on strike for anything).
Anyway, let’s no get into politics.

Not sure how you think there, not to many people travel to Greece this time of the year, and they are going on strike for a reason ( Which got cancelled )
Oh wow, that is going to make a big impact!
Thanks for sharing!
Everything is relative but judging by the amount of charter flights out of my local airport to Greece there seems to be quite a lot of people going there right now.
Well, okay. Anyway the strike got cancelled anyway. All airports are operating as normal I think.
FLASH: Geordie sunseekers breathe sigh of relief as Greek airline strike called off! (UPI)
