I think this becomes a common habit among American Carriers…

Whilst what alledgedly happened is dreadful, at least American Airlines appear to be taking this case a lot more seriously than United did over a week ago.

Welp, airlines in America might be getting a bad reputation from this kind of behavior. Although watching the video, I think that guy who challenged the flight attendant just made things worse.

Spirit has been on the case since they began 🙄 I just hope frontier doesn’t do anything reckelsss for a good long while. Last thing I need is my friends here and IRL joking to me about how whenever I go on a future flight I need to bring my boxing gloves.

And I’m flying with them in May…when this kind events will end?

America this America that, what half the world doesn’t realize is that America is huge, so the population is huge. Therefore the chances of fights happening on a plane are greater than a country with say 12 million people.

Also I feel like in other countries you can’t freely record incidents like this because the police, airport authorities or others can simply take your phone or camera.

These incidents become more frequent and apparent due to us living in a social media world were things go viral overnight.

I salute the guy standing up for that woman , as I would’ve done the same, instead of standing by like the rest of the plane.

Kinda tired of flight attendants and airport people thinking they are high and mighty.

The pilot just wanta to get he heck out of dodge for sure.

They were in the right to remove it from the aircraft and check it. That is not in dispute, but force should not have been used. An explanation to this parent, rather than using force, would have been enough for her to comply and hand the stroller over. Also,

Can’t compare this with the United Incident

Also, for my non-American friends here. Fly Delta, their customer service is much better than United or American.

Delta is next but because theyre the best of the legacy carriers they will also be upping their game to be worse than both the UA and AA conflicts. Delta always tries to up the game.

Sarcasm of course

Delta is absolutely amazing. Delta cancelled our flight to Florida so we had to go through this massive mess to get to Florida within a day so we couldn’t miss our cruise. Delta heard about this and gave my family several thousand dollars in compensation.

MaxSez: Yes they had the right to take & stow the stroller on the jetway prior to boarding, a ground/ramp responsibility. Primarily Ramp had the responsibility to standby, Tag & stow the oversized required personal items like a child’s stroller or wheelchair (replace with isle chair)at hatch. Crew error, This is SOP for all 1st world Airlines.

Dreadful reporting by the Daily Mail- breaking the first rule of fight club.

But raises the question- regardless of country, rules, profit etc where is the humanity anymore?

I beg to differ on frontier’s aspect. Spirit surely has more complaints than F9.

Correct, Spirit’s was 11.9 ([Source] (http://www.cnbc.com/2016/02/18/spirit-airlines-triggered-the-most-complaints.html))
