MaxSez: The loss of Spatial Awareness & Verdigo are real Pilot killers at night and in IMC. This Crash investigation remind me of a IF Citation crash I witnessed on Approach at Aspin yesterday. Aspin weather was typical for the season, ILS Cat II. The Pilot was in the groove off red top, perfect localizer intercept, on speed and at altitude inbound on the turn in to 15 until he odviously took his eye of the glide slope indicated at 4 miles in the muck. Bingo, gone from the radar. Practice makes perfect, keep that instrument/flight director scan roving and have a practiced dirty up routine. Fly like a Pro.
