MaxSez: Want to chat with the IFATC who identifies himself as “Flying High”. One of a few who mask/hide their true persona utilizing a false identity. This unknown entity is presently operating Approach at UBBB (Baku). If you know this masked persons true IF identity pls advise.

MaxSez: I try my best but can’t place Mr. Groolmen or associate him with the Handle Flying High. The real point of this msg; though is I’ve been here for a few days and know most of the rules unlike the Fledgling. If IFATC are permitted to use a fictitious Comm ID that is not of record in the system how are they expected to communicate a Ghost or question to that Controller by PM IAW the “Rules”. Thanks for the follow up. Everything is copasetic except for Comm addresses. So far this date. Regards
