Taking it to pm is the best way @Mobin_A just show the proof, correct him maturely, and take it to a private message if you have some cankorous angle to strife at him

This is the real and most up to date information: I live in Fort Lauderdale and we WILL probably be hit by a strong Cat 4 or cat5 hurricane, it is a major hurricane not to be recconned with, it’s on the level of Wilma or Andrew. ITs a major problem especially for people like me who make my living by flying.
Please Do NOT mock or take this hurricane lightly. It’s a big problem for the entire states of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. Please be respectfull of this horrible hurricane and all the lives and damage It has and sadly will take. Soflo will be hit tomorrow. @Mobin_A @Maxmustang @SkyHighGuys

I have planned a flight in SoFlo to get an idea of what you guys are dealing with. Sort of hope the winds go up on the infinite flight side to sort of expierence it

Sadly, IF winds only go to 40knts, we will have 150-180 kts winds and huge huge turbulences and vortex. Hurricane also regularly create large tornados inside the hurricane So I do doubt that you will get even close to the same but good idea @SkyHighGuys

Actually TNCM winds received 112 knots in infinite flight

I didn’t know that. Thanks
Speaking about Matthew I’ve been preparing all day long! The streets, stores and gas stations are incredibly busy!

I think this is not aviation related. I’m sure that if I post that next monday will be heavy storms in Frankfurt (for example), it’ll be closed. This is completely irrelevant on the community.

@Ismael_C I am sorry but a category 4 hurricane is NOT a big European storm. I would know as I am French and my entire childhood I have lived in Paris. Never says hurricane is minor as it never is.Hurricanes are deadly,
Costly and horribly devastating storms even a category 1 is extremely dangerous nothing Europe has faced.

@Flying_Luc. Your real concern noted. I live in Fort Myers, my extended family has just relocated here from the vicinity of the Jupiter Inlet for fear of the storm surge. I’m told the shelves are about empty and gas is almost non-available along the Palm Coast. Good Luck…

Recommended Evacuation Routes
-US 27 *Highly Recommended
-I 75
Not Recommended
-I 95
-FL Turnpike
These 2 highway are not recommended because if you know how people drive these days and how much traffic it is on a normal afternoon.UNLESS THE SOUTHBOUND LANES ARE CLOSED TO GO NORTH.☺

I just arrived in the Keys, we’ll be just south of the hurricane when it hits a Florida.

You will still more than likely get high winds and rain. Be safe
@Ismael_C… There are 10,000 + airports/fields along the East Coast of the US which will be impacted by this storm so it does have a relationship to aviation, particularly worldwide Commercial flight disruption. Recognize you live in terrain protected Valencia on the Baleric Sea/Med where you May get some wind blown Sirocco sand from time to time. Suggest you take a world view. Max Sends

I HAVE to drive down to SoFlo Saturday morning. A meeting of mine is not getting cancelled on Sunday even with Matthew. I live in Orlando and it’s either take I-75 or I-95. Also Saturday is when it’s suppose to come through Central Florida.
