Massive problem to reactivate my subscription (DF-AA-20)

Hey ho.
I wanna reactivate my subscription after 9 months
But everytime i wanna subscribe to Live i get the error code (DF-AA-20).
Also after that i got the message “Purchase failed. Reason unknown”.
Any idea how i can get out of this mess?

I wanna on version 16.13 since my phone is not required for the Global update.

I already logged out of the Google Play Store, even cleaned the cache and restarted my device.
Nothing worked.
