Device: Redmi Pad Pro 5G Operating system: Xiaomi Hyper OS
Don’t know if I should flag this is as a Support related issue or Third-Party related issue but whenever I try to use either IF Assistant or Inflight Passengers, after a couple of seconds, the sim disconnects me from the server.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Edit 1 : Ok now it’s happening even when I’m not running any 3rd Party Apps. I’m guessing it’s a server issue.
Edit 2 : I think I’ve figured out exactly what is causing the disconnect. It’s whenever I try to do anything in the Map. Whether it be amending a flight plan or trying to select a procedure. It disconnects immediately when I do that. Otherwise it’s fine. I’m changing the topic heading accordingly now. @schyllberg if you can please look into it.
After the latest Hot Fix Update the issue still remains. Whenever I use the Map for any reason it will, after a couple of seconds or sometimes immediately, disconnect me from the Server. HELP!!!
Will someone from the Support staff or @schyllberg please respond to this… It’s really annoying me. Just lost a 14hr flight to this issue again. A little acknowledgement would be greatly appreciated. I don’t even know anymore what’s causing these disconnects only that it keeps happening randomly.

Unfortunately we need to be able to reproduce the issue in order to be able to investigate it.
At the moment there haven’t been any other reports either.
We’ll keep monitoring this though.
I know I titled it as Map Mode Causing Server Disconnect as I felt that was the reason behind it. But now it’s happening even if I’m not doing anything in the Map. So there are plenty of similar reports that I’ve seen of “Server” or “Multiplayer” Disconnection. Maybe it has to do with something that the others are experiencing as well.
