With the release of global, I’ve noticed that Manchester Airport has become fairly popular. However, I think it would be beneficial to inform those who aren’t aware that in general operations, it is unlikely that an aircraft would be instructed to land on Runway 23L, the exception being in an emergency. Although there is a taxiway for turning on, it means back taxiing all the way down runway 05R. I say this mainly for those controlling on the training server, as it appears that people are unaware.
The Training Server is just that, for “Training” so the caliber of controllers is very diverse and dynamic. There are many people on the Training Server that aren’t community members as well. Head over to the Expert Server once you qualify and experience the great services from our IFATC team ;)
