Good explanation, do you know if this procedure is different at the high B Gates (United’s regional jets) as they gate configuration is complete different.
Also “Mattbook Pro”. Clever.

That’s the scenic taxi route.
@sk28 What can I say? 🤷🏼♂️😅
Yeah KSLC is there big Rocky Mountain region hub
Great info👍🏽 Just a few things to iron out. Allegiant is not rare in Denver, with 3 destinations. Also United does have international arrivals at Concourse A but not all of the international flight. Dont forget Edelweiss Air, Aeromexico, Boutique Air, Great Lakes Jet Express, Denver Air Connection, and Westjet(even though most arent in IF)(all on Concourse A)😉. Alaska is on Concourse C. Oh and ANA does not have any service or upcoming service to Denver. Actually there is a lot more errors as some have already pointed out above. Usually Departing Runways are runways 25, 34L, 34R, 17L, 17R, and 08. Landing runways are 07, 16L, 16R, 17R, 35L, 35R, 26(rarely). Heavy aircraft can takeoff and land on ANY runway if its open. Also it would make sense to add the cargo airlines for people who want to do those type of flights. (Airnet Express, Amazon Air, Bemidji Airlines, DHL Aviation, FedEx, UPS)
One time I actually took off of runway 17L. So that is also used as a departing runway 😉
If you ever need help with an LAX one (which you probably won’t because you know so much) feel free to PM me! I know a lot about lax and the ground movements. Keep the series up!
Denver resident knows KDEN very well
This is a valid fact.
Yes I grew up at DIA so I know a lot
Same here. I’m actually headed out there on Saturday.
I am a bit confused though. You guys are saying straight back pushbacks only? That’s when they push you literally straight back without turning you left or right correct? Because if that’s right, then they let Aircraft do left and right turn pushbacks all the time. I must be missing something in he definition.
Also thanks for doing this! Other then the pushback thing haha I know KDEN like the back of me hand! Been flying every month multiple times for the past year through DIA! :)
Usually, and most of the time pushbacks are straight out, I can maybe count a few times where I was on a flight where they turned us left or right - though it’s pretty uncommon.
Yep, that’s correct.
Don’t you usually get straight out pushbacks also? If you fly often, I’m sure you’ve noticed it?
Just arrived at KDEN on runway 26! I’ve lived in Denver for 16 years and have never seen that.
I will say they pushback almost all the time on A Concourse to the left or right. I have very very rarely seen a straight back on A Concourse
I’d agree, I flew out of A last Saturday and we turned.
On Southwest they always push straight back.
Huh. I thought it was that way with every airport :/
