I upgraded my iPad Pro to iOS 10 and now the ATC voice is a male one.
Siri is still a US female voice.
Don’t know is this is how it’s supposed to be.
If not this should be under Support, but I wanted to check with other iOS users first.
Cool! I’m checking it now!
Downloading it! So excited!
I still have the woman
Do you think it’s better now?
Do you have the male voice in IF?
The speech rhythm is dfferent.
I only tried unicom so I haven’t heard ‘pushback’ yet.
IF now seems to be following the speech settings under accessibility.
It was Alex, so a male voice.
I set it to Siri female, but it still sounds different.
I’ll be trying other voices tommorow.
Do you hate that voice? Or what is the problem?
The speech settings somehow didn’t have any effect on IF earlier. Now they do.
The voices sound different, but there are choices now! 🙂
I have a female voice and it is not Siri. At some parts when she reads the messages, it’s a little to fast
I think you can change the voice. I think you can change gender and accent if I am right.
Its not for me, still a female voice ever since July (when i got the beta).
- I love the new way the voice speaks
- Good grief what frog is in her throat?

Well it does say Siri does now have access to third party apps like IF meaning what ever Siri voice you have enabled will be the one used i IF, or so it looks like…
I tried having the male voice and it sticks with the women’s so I’m not sure
hmm, well i dont know about me because im currently dowloading the update, ill check it out once its done
Lol all right I’ll keep messing on my end with it
