Making new account

Hi,

I would like to make a new account due to live sub issues. However, when I try to do it, it says no account registered.

Can anyone help me to fix it

Hello!

An account can only be created upon purchasing a subscription on a different store id.

What subscription issues are you experiencing?

I just want to make a new account. Because i have to wait till May to go on expert. Therefore I want to start again and not get any violations,ghosting etc.

Okay. The 5 reports/12 months rules are there for a reason and considering you were reported as late as 3 weeks ago, a new account won’t help you.

As i said, a new account can currently only be created when a subscription is purchased on a separate store ID.
