Making a Topic A PM

How do you make a topic be a PM. A group PM. For example, for events. I have seen people do it in the past and have been in several myself.

You need to create a new PM, and then add users to it. There should be an “Add User” button near the bottom of your first post. Then you can search their name and add them.

@Alec I think he asked about a thing that just mods can do, but idk

There was one made for the Feurteventura flyout and Warsaw one. It was just a wonder.
