Hello! The only way to make a new account would be to purchase a new subscription with a different email. I presume you wouldn’t want to do that, so I’d suggest you just wait it out. While you’re waiting, I’d suggest you take a look at the community tutorials and the manual, to better familiarize yourself with proper procedures.

If you got banned there was a good reason for it, so I wouldn’t jump so quickly into finding a way back in. In the meantime it’s a good idea to brush up on some skills using the IF youtube, and many #ground-school topics.
