Hello and good afternoon dear pilots of Infinite Flight. As I’m cruising towards SMJP today, what should my Match speed be set to when cruising at an altitude of 40,000 ? I will be more than happy to receive a feedback as soon as possible. Thank you.

As I think the A350 isn’t in there, that would be M0.85.

Im currently flying a 777-300. What should the Match speed be set for that aircraft at an altitude of 40,000?

M0.84 would be the standard cruise speed from what I read and max M0.89.

M 0.86 is the optimal cruise speed for fuel economy.

Flight global named M0.84 as the published speed, but you might be right.

No, for the A350. You mentioned it was missing from the list.

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood it. Nonetheless I do find M0.85 online for the A350, so I really don’t know what’s right or not.
