Luxembourg is a small country, land-locked between Germany, France and Belgium.
Its main international airport, Luxemburg Findel Airport, serves as the operational base for Luxembourg´s flag carrier Luxair, and for Cargolux (established by Luxair and several private interests).
Luxembourg Findel Airport (LUX/ELLX) has two terminals (A and B). It´s only runway (90/24), has a total length of 4000m.
It´s used by: Aegean Airlines, Air Algérie, British Airways, easyJet, Hahn Air, HOP!, Jetairfly, KLM (Cityhopper), LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa Regional (operated by Lufthansa CityLine), Luxaur, SunExpress, Swiss International Airlines (operated by Swiss Global Airlines), TAP Portugal, TAP Portugal (operated by Portugália), Turkish Airlines, Vueling, Cargolux, China Airlines Cargo, Ethipian Airlines Cargo, Oman Air, Qatar Airways Cargo, Silk Way Airlines and Panalpina.
Alongside it, there´re three airfields: Medernach Ultralight Airfield (ELMD), Noertrange/Wiltz Airfield (ELNT) and Useldange Glider Field (ELUS).
Even though it has only one main airport, its an important member of the European Union, having one of the most stable economies in Europe.
