Lufthansa Reveals a Fleet of Special Liveries to Celebrate 100 Years

German flag carrier Lufthansa has unveiled not just one but six aircraft painted in a special livery to celebrate their one hundredth anniversary! The livery will be applied to a 787, a 747, an A350-100, an A320, and an A380.

The airline’s press release describes the livery as “the blue fuselage will be adorned with a white crane whose wings merge into the wings. In addition to the crane, a “100” is integrated on the left side of the fuselage and the lettering “1926 / 2026” on the right side. A “100” will also be visible on the underside of the aircraft.”

Glad to see them doing a bit more with their 100th livery. It looks really good on the other aircraft in the rendering. I actually have a model on order for the 787. Looks like I’ll be getting the entire fleet now :laughing:

It looks like they asked AI to "Modernize this livery. It’s Pepsi with no Fiz. It looks like Braniff’s except blue and modern. They sucked the life out of their beautiful livery
