Lufthansa A350 coming to CLT on 3/26/19

I just saw that Lufthansa’s A350-900 will be making its first appearance at CLT on 3/26. The flight comes from Munich and arrives at Charlotte at about 6:00 PM eastern time. The A350 will be replacing the A330-300 for this route. The A350 then leaves at 7:55 pm eastern time and heads back to Munich. This is an awesome addition for CLT and for plane spotting. I’ll be at the overlook ready to get some pics. Will you?

Flightradar24 says the arrival time is scheduled as 5:30 PM

Departure is scheduled for 7:55 PM.

I’ll be going on Sunday 3/31 to watch. Today was just a preview day for it and will be back on Sunday for regular service. I’ll be at the overlook and hopefully get some good shots of it.

Couldn’t make it for the special preview flight on Tuesday. ( 15th anniversary of LH service ) I am confident I will be there for the official first A350 flight on Sunday. Can’t wait to see her

I was out there to see LH428 landing on 36R and it was spectacular. Here’s a pic of the landing.
