chain failed
nope
and as for the other two only one of them is the true symbol for love, that of which is the cross that Jesus Christ was crucified on. ✝️
I’m really not trying to start a debate here, but what about for the large majority of the non-Christian world? Are you saying that their interpretations of love are invalid?
Their views of what love is are obviously not invalid. But in the end there is only one truth, one truth that is absolutely true: that is after all what reality is. We cannot all be right.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with believing love is whatever you want it to be, but we as Christians know that love is what Jesus Christ gave us when he died on the cross. We also know it is our duty because of that to spread that love to others. Us spreading this message isn’t trying to invalidate your perspective but rather trying our darndest to get you to believe because we know that the wages of sin is death. We would be quite literally leaving you to die otherwise.
You don’t have to believe us. I don’t think ❤️ or 🏳️🌈 are necessarily bad things but they aren’t the embodiment of love. Only ✝️ is. You are free to disagree, and we will still love you anyways, just like Jesus does.
Getting the popcorn ready for this one 🍿
There’s a lot more Christians worldwide than many people realize, China Iran North Korea Afghanistan and India etc have huge amounts of Christian’s they are just hidden to protect themselves, there’s believed to be more than 18,000 Christian’s living in hiding in Palestine alone. The underground church is massive, Glory to God in the highest, peace on earth✝️
Ok this makes my list of my top 10 wildest ifc threads, it’s over a year old too lol.
I think a concept as abstract as love might be a little more complex than that. It’s not a black and white thing, so I don’t think there’s “only one truth” about it. There’s also the question of, if there is one truth, whose version of the story is “correct?” I’m sure that if you asked a devout Muslim, an Orthodox Jew, a devout Christian, and a devout Sikh, they’d all say that their version is correct with equal vindication.
I respect the take, I can’t wait to see the unnecessary drama stirred up because of this message
According to the World Population Review, there are about 2.38 billion Christians. Even if that’s a gross underestimate, it’s definitely not the majority of the world.
This topic has run its course. It’s off the rails now.
