I have just been set back from grade 3 to grade 1 please can someone help

You have 7 violations in a 24 hour period where the max for grade 3 is 2.

Additionally, the maximum violations you can receive in 1 day for Grade 2 is 5, whereas you have 7. That is why you got bumped all the way down to Grade 1.
It appears you have gotten some violations, TS1 for a week bud

Yeah I was G2 and got 6 violations in a period of 24hrs, so I got G1
