I installed the application on a new device with the same account and all the information was lost. I returned to grade 1 and now all numbers appear in zero.
Is there any way to recover what I already had?..
If you’re on a new account you don’t recognise (usually named “User-####”, #=digits), contact email@example.com with the callsign and display name on your old and new account and they can transfer you back to your old account
This is incorrect, Support Staff Member @schyllberg handles all of that. Mods assist on IFC but have no access to subscriptions and purchases ;)
