I recently lost my Infinite Flight profile, which has forced me to return to Grade 1, despite having accumulated over 500 flight hours and several years of experience on the app. This loss is particularly frustrating because I had invested a significant amount of time and effort into developing my skills and achieving higher ranks within the community. Unfortunately, without my profile, all that progress has been erased, and I now have to start from the beginning.
Since the update, I noticed that I was in anonymous mode and that no account was linked to the community. I know that my account was linked to an Apple account.
If you’ve recently purchased a subscription and it’s inadvertently been applied to the wrong account, please get back to us with the following information:
Callsign & username (if applicable) for the wrong account on which the subscription has been applied to.
Callsign & username (if applicable) for the account that you wish the subscription to be applied to.
Once we have that information, we can transfer the subscription and any stats you might have accumulated on the wrong account, to the correct one.
