Lost account

I have lose my account cause I’m sign out from my account, my old account cannot linked by fb/Google so I think with sign out from the account, it can linked again, buat while I’m want log in to my old account, it show the new account, please help me to get up my old account back,

Did you set the new one up with a different email address/Facebook account?

This happened to me too. I fixed it by logging out and then logging back in. It takes a few minutes for it to load your account again. I would recomend to only try this trick if you are confortable that it may work. I dont know if there are any problems with this trick that may cause the account to be lost further.

In most cases, an account can’t be lost. The staff have resources to reactivate or revive accounts.

If you are comfortable loosing your replays, delete the app so the data is lost and then reinstall it. Once that is done, attempt to sign in and hopefully it’ll link your original account. However, I cannot guarantee this will work, it’s just a suggestion based on other users experience.

@stm.aviation Your stats are saved on the Infinite Flight servers. Please follow the steps provided in the Support FAQ for subscription issues, Be sure to follow the step by step process exactly as it is shown:

Step 1

Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in the top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in

Step 2

Restart your device

Step 3

Open Infinite Flight

Step 4

Tap “Fly Online!”

If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:

Step 1

Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device

Step 2

Restart your device

Step 3

Install Infinite Flight from App Store again

Step 4

Tap “Fly online!”

The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your Apple-ID.

If you are still unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above, please send an e-mail explaining the steps you’ve already taken as well as the information below to support@infiniteflight.com:

  • Display Name and Callsign
  • Device
