Flying yesterday KLAX to KATL on Final the Global Server goes out. This is very common on Sunday mid to late afternoon US West Coast. It’s sad because I do not get credit for landing and XP.

This may happen with older devices. Try restarting it before your flight l, it’ll hopefully last the whole flight if you do that. Usually works with me! Also welcome back to the community!

My iPad is brand new. As said earlier this only happens on Sunday mid to late afternoon. It’s not the end of the world, yes it is nice to get credit for landings and XP. IF Team knows when it goes down so they should fix all pilots that have landed in that time frame.

It’s a technical issue with the server
@nabilk11_777flyer There was no server outages over the weekend. Where did you get that info that it’s a server issue?
Not sure that they are aware, or if it’s only happening to you. I moved this to support so that you can get the help you need and it will be handled with. What are your graphic settings on?

While landing the Global Server was Green I seen pilots at KATL and then disappeared and the Global Server went Red.

Okay, this may be true for you two but I flew on Sunday as well and didn’t have any issue. Also @nabilk11_777flyer, it was said that @deadeye gets these issues on sundays, meaning it’s happened multiple times. Let’s just wait for a moderator to swing by and put an input in.

Can we please stop spreading misinformation?
I’m literally looking at it and the tiles server and associated services are and have been running with 100% uptime for months.

It’s most likely an issue between your ISP and our datacenter provider in your region.
Where do you live approximately and what internet service provider are you using?

Internet is Spectrum.
