While flying from KMIA to LFPV I experienced a technical issue in my Auto pilot which caused me to lose control of the aircraft. After landing I noticed that I was dropped to Grade 2. This was a technical issue and not disregard to the rules. How can this happen? What has to happen to get back to Grade 3 where I fly for a Virtual Airline? Not happy in Texas!!
Hmm, even though you were flying on autopilot you should have been paying attention, thus meaning you should have been able to regain control of your aircraft before you got a violation.
What happened? Did you fly too fast below 10,000ft?
Yes apparently. It seems if this was a technical issue there should be some leeway
Everyone has to leave the room once and awhile if you get my drift. And I was paying attention or I would have crashed.

I left the room to use the rest room. When I returned I was out of control and the NAV and auto pilot was disconnected.
Was it during climb, cruise or descent? What aircraft?
It was during cruise flight. MD-11F. There was also server issues as the red checkmark was in the corner.

It’s Shrek1. I never finished the flight. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t having issues with my tablet before contacting support. It said I received 2 violations.
