Sorry, I’m kind of new to the whole group flight posts. Thank you for editing the title, any tips on how to do these kind of things?

That’s alright. everyone starts somewhere.
As for tips, I am not a great coordinator, but I do recommend setting a reasonable amount of time before the group flight. That doesn’t matter as there is plenty to spare. Try to use a popular airport as well, which is pretty evident here. I think that this is the bare minimum for a good group flight. Hopefully someone stops by!🙂
