Loong Air (Chinese:长龙航空) is a Chinese Airline Based in Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Loong Air originally started out as a cargo airline named CDI Cargo Airlines which started in 2012. By 2013 they where approved by the CAAC to be a passenger Airline. Its first flight started on 29 December 2013 from Hangzhou to Shenzhen and Chongqing, They now operate throughout China as well as to other destinations in South East Asia and Central Asia!
I often take GJ8699 from Hangzhou to Guangzhou, and I especially like her theme song ‘Flying High Without Limits’. I look forward to the long Air flying high without limits
Bump for Loong Air! As most of their A321neos are operating mainly domestic routes we will be looking at few unique routes i’ve found. Starting off with their service from Hangzhou-Xi’an-Kashgar route in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous Region. Another unique route Loong Air has to offer is their flight to the island of Hainan via Sanya from Hangzhou!
