Looking for a good VA, what should I do?

I’m a grade 5 player and I had more than 5 attempts to join the IFAE team yet nobody responded. Now I am thinking that Aviation Experts are not interested to let me in, I am looking for other VA’s that have a fun, respectful and realistic environments.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Whilst it is not always advised, there is no limit on how many Virtual Airlines you can join, so maybe narrow it down to a few that look great?

Well yes, I would not prefer to having been split up among various VA’s, will be looking for a specific good one. thank for the help!

The two recruiters that they have are out reach until the 26th of March. That should explain why no one has responded.
