Hey guys! So I was curious-what are the longest flights you’ve been on? I’ll go first. It was the return trip from Barcelona, LEBL-KORD. Travel time was 9 hrs and 41 minutes
EWR-FLL
I don’t fly much
But I’ve been in a car for 11 hours from Philly to Chicago
What’s wrong with a 7 or 8 hour flight anyways but my longest flight was 19 hours from AUH-BOS-LAS
San Francisco - Tokyo Narita
About 15-20 minutes shy of 11hrs, on United’s flagship B777-300ER
Rome → Los Angeles on ITA’s A330Neo. Roughly 13 hours
JBU359 KBUR to KJFK (Route was cut in Oct 2024)
uhhh i think they’re talking about IRL flights bc its on the real world aviation category
I have not been on a long flight before. only been on for 30 mins each way flight,
i believe the longest flight ive been on was Melbourne-Tokyo i think it was 10-12 hours, i was very young when i took this flight so i cant remember
I’ve never actually left the US, so my longest flight was from EWR to LAX. About 7 hours due to weather avoidances
HND-CDG, that was like 14 hours and half
Unfortunately, I have never broken out of Europe, so my flights are not that long. However, my longest flight was from former Berlin Tegel Airport to Keflavik Airport in Iceland, which was around 4 hours.
The longest flight I’ve been on was YYZ-TPE with particularly bad winds, something like 15:40 iirc. That’s followed up by YYZ-TPE with slightly less bad winds, then SIN-FRA, MUC-SIN, ICN-YYZ, and HND-YYZ.
in real world right
Yes, flighty is an app where you can log your flights, not an IF tracker.
I guess the longest flight I know is NZAA-LEMD with 22-23 hours flight time depending on used aircraft 😊
SIN-JFK via HKG and YVR (total on 1 flight)
SIN-BCN (direct)
I’ve never left the US so my longest flight was BOS-SFO when my dad worked for JetBlue flight time was around 5:45 ish due to winds
Dallas-Fort Worth to Sydney (DFW-SYD) 17 hours and 10 minutes Qantas A380!
