No definitely not, at least not with the current set of narrowbodies. The number of engines is a huge factor, as when you’re lighter you have more flexibility with what to shut off (same reason I used the DC-10 before the A380). Narrowbodies also tend to not float as well and they decelerate a lot faster at idle. I’m too lazy to test but I’d be surprised if any of them could exceed 25-30 hours on a single tank. The A380 was really the perfect storm for high endurance, the only plane that could ever come close to challenging it is the reworked 747s.

If given the same gliding characteristics as the A380 I bet that’s a 200+ hour plane lol, probably would be alright on single engine for like 30% of the flight.
