Because of some issues with one of the engines, boarding for what should have been a late morning flight didn’t start until 2:00 PM, when a gate agent led the 50 or so passengers across the ramp to our waiting Q400.

We had some incredible views of London and City Airport was we climbed on this unusually clear October day

Time for the short crossing of the English Channel at 23,000 feet

A quick snack and beverage service was conducted near Lille, France

Already time to start our approach, just south of Brussels

Luxembourg is quite scenic

Turning final over the rolling hills that make up most of this small nation

A Cargolux 747, not an uncommon sight here, is loading up for Hong Kong as we touch down
