After I updated, Tried to login. It tells "An internal error occurred during account creation. Contact Support with Error Code 04

This doesn’t work now, I get this almost every time I log into IF

Power it down then count 1 to 10 then turn it back on, it might work. (I’m not reading script, this my own)

Error Code 4 is a general firmware failure relating to the connection with the Play store. Logging out, then restarting the device, log back in usually does the trick.
