I’ve purchased two subscriptions(200% sure that it is still valid) already and when I restore my purchase, my phone just tells me that no subscription found and ask me to buy again and again

It might be you need to upgrade you IOS to IOS 10.3.2
I had this, but it was after a deleted IF (stupid I know) and reinstalled it later, all of my previous purchases had been discarded!

As Daniel said, update your phone… If that’s doesn’t slove it, try reinstalling the app :) Hope it works! @Awesomechamg59
Could it be you’re not using the right Facebook account? Make sure you’re using the correct account for IF. ;)
Click “I already have a subscription”
From what i know, if you buy 2 sub, it will ignore 1 of them, just PM Tyler Shelton with the Username, Callsign, and The 2 Receipts

@Insertusernamehere I’ve clicked it after I purchased it and it only shows that “No valid subscription found”,
I had something like this earlier today when getting a sub. Since I assume you’ve already had it before, enter your password as of you were buying a new one and wait. It’ll come up with a screen saying “you already have this subscription, click buy to purchase again”. If you click buy it will renew the sub. Again only do this if you “purchased” the two subs in app.
