I am experiencing an issue with logging into the online expert server. When I select an airport, I receive a message indicating that my account is being used by another device, although I am certain that I am the only one using it.
I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
- Turning off my phone and restarting it.
- Enabling airplane mode for one minute and then reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?
