Hello. I updated my game today and purchased a subscription. The game crashed out and I went back on. It wanted me to login. I used my info and it was not the correct account and had no subscription. How can I get back in?

It says I only have 140xp and 14minutes with 4 flights. I’m not sure how much xp I have but I have logged hours.
Ok I logged out and in about 5 times. All my information is correct and I have a subscription.
