Hi. I am completely new to infinite flight and have tried a lot to sing into an account. In the infinite flight website I have already created an account, and also bought the 1 month subscription. When I try to sing in with my account, it said it isn’t in the system. I have payed but not received anything. Help.

P.D. I have previously not logged in into infinite flight, if that is useful to anyone.

You have to login with Google/Facebook accounts which has been linked with your subscription. Is that account you try to login with?

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”
