Was your account linked with IFC in-app at the time of the issue?
I find my device frozen during al ong haul to RKSI tried to report directly from the app didn’t work so i restarted my device and now I can’t log in, it says error code 7
Steps to reproduce
- closed the app
- restarted my device
- open again (didn’twork)

I couldn’t take a screenshot of the error I found during the flight, it was completely frozen, I was doing a 10h flight and I would say I got to 85% of the flight before the issue.
