you should send a screenshot of your stats- maybe you got another violation recently?

You will regain access to the Expert Server once the oldest of your six violations crosses the 1-year mark i.e on April 18, 2025 1300Z.

That’s a long time, haven’t had any recent violations and I thought by now with my perfect landings, I would have unlocked it.
I got locked of expert server for an unfair violation. I was climbing to 40000ft and the ATC just approved my frequency change and no other instructions and I got a level 3 violation for fail to divert…

yes true if they haven’t done anything wrong it should be an easy appeal

No because I was always moving between level two and three within a span of a week before I got locked out completely.
These don’t do anything for you grade wise.
Also, if the report was given by a controller on expert server, and you were sure you weren’t at fault, contacting appeals would have been the way to go, even if you were bouncing back and forth between grades 2 and 3.

It’s the 18th today. Nothing happening my side. How do I escalate this because I can’t be playing level 2 whilst I’m sure now that I haven’t had violations.
It’s not 1300Z yet, is it? 
Once the time is past 1300Z, do a quick flight on the casual/training server and restart the app to refresh your stats.
