The flight not loading when I try to enter the flight it keeps loading and loading
have you updated to the latest hotfix 25.1.3?
Yes it’s updated i have this problem multiple times on Monday and now today too sometimes it’s load quickly and at some point of time it takes time too much time time to load and never open
try rebooting your device, check your network connection if its stable or not.
i also faced this problem but when i rebooted my phone it worked so you should also try that.
I rebooted it that time didn’t work and my connection is 5ghz no issues,right now it loads,but sometimes it does not allow me to enter my flight
Next time it happens:
Go to Settings / About page in the app and press “Send current log” and let me know.
If this is happening to you often, we need to find out why so I’ve enabled diagnostics on your account so you’ll be able to send us a log.
I have rebooted again it’s working right now if it happens again i will follow that option let me check once if this time it works properly or not

Did you send this log after restarting the app and then tried to launch the AP+ session again?
I rebooted the device but that time that option was not available send log option once it got available it send the log and started the session it worked that time
