I’m having trouble loading my flight. After I choose my location and aircraft the loading screen appears and nothing happens. Reset everything (WiFi, device, app). WiFi is definitely working as I managed to download all new aircraft.

Hello there!
Could you go into your in-app Settings → General → Clear Cache (it’s at the bottom) → Tap Yes. Then try loading again.
