Anyone knows when is 3D scenery coming for LLBG? I saw a post that is being reviewed about a year ago but to this day I haven’t heard anything about it.

It will be released whenever the editors get around to completing it. I can’t find any open, public Scenery Editing thread that mentions LLBG so therefore it’s up to whoever is editing the airport to show any progress at their discretion.
As is the same with IFATC, the Airport Editing team have their own lives and work on editing airports as volunteers in their spare time. I can tell you from experience that airports take a long time to make (even a tiny airfield can take several hours of work, so a decent-sized airport such as LLBG would take a while). There is also no set time frame for airports being completed (unless useful for a specific update - e.g. RJAA for the A380).

Appreciate the continued interest in LLBG. To be fully transparent, I haven’t made significant progress recently. The airport is still very much on my radar.
The “something special” I previously mentioned was a custom tower model. That request has since been postponed by the development team. The plan now is to complete and ship LLBG without it.
My most recent work has focused on reworking the terminal. I wasn’t satisfied with the initial level of detail and decided it needed a proper overhaul. I don’t have an estimated completion date at this time.

Does anyone know if LYBE (Belgrade) is coming out or being worked on?
I appreciate for answer and efforts, I applied IFAET about 2 years ago still never heard about it. It’s good to see people working on it.
