My liveflight looks weird like my waypoints are all over the place!

This is usually because there is more than one waypoint with the same name as the one you have in your flight plan. LiveFlight may use another waypoint that might be on the other side of the world, which causes the phenomenon you are describing.

In Infinite Flight, the waypoints are set to the nearest previous waypoint/location, since some waypoints have the same name.
The waypoints in LiveFlight aren’t sorted, it will generally pick one at random, leaving you with a very awkward flight plan. Nothing can be done about this.
It does that sometimes it puts waypoints in different waypoints than the actual flight plan.
