Liveflight not recognising my flight plan

Hi all!
I am curious as to why Liveflight is not reading/recognising my flight plan. I have been on the server for over 40 minutes and have logged a valid route through FpltoIF. Does anyone know why this is happening? I am running IF on an Apple Ipad Mini 2 with iOS 12 (latest patch) and have purchased a Liveflight horizon subscription for an insane amount. (Sorry about it not being a screenshot, if I take one on my device and try to share it, it stops IF, which kills the flight.) Thanks for your help!
